You are welcome to Guru Gobind Singh Government Hospital, Raghubir Nagar, Delhi, the secondary care district hospital in west Delhi. GGSGH is committed to provide quality services and medical care to each and every citizen coming to this hospital. At GGSGH we strive hard to provide comprehensive high quality secondary care services (general and specialty services) to users. Being a secondary care hospital we have limited facilities in speciality departments and lack in superpeciality services. Following services are being provided and a proper redrresal mechanism for any complaints regarding denial or poor quality of services is there in place.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF USERS

The success of this charter depends on the support we receive from our users.

Please follow the rules and regulations of the hospital while inside the hospital campus.

Please do not cause inconvenience to other patients by crowding or making noise unnecessarily.

Please help us to keep the hospital and its surroundings neat and clean.

Please don't argue with security guards, show your passes when asked for & help maintain the order and peace inside the hospital premises.

Please use the facilities of this hospital with care and do not damage/ spoil hospital property.

Beware of Touts & unauthorized people. Don't indulge in any money transactions with them. Please refrain from demanding undue favors from the staff and officials.

The Hospital is a No Smoking Zone.

Please provide useful feedback (patient satisfaction survey feedback) and constructive suggestions.

 

 

PATIENT WELFARE SERVICES:

The patient welfare services are in the continuum of hospital services extending to the identification and removing barriers that may be limiting effective engagement of patients with healthcare services.

All the services including consultancy, admissions, surgery, medicines, lab and radiological tests etc. are available FREE OF COST to the beneficiaries.

Cashless treatment of entitled AB-PMJAY scheme beneficiaries.

DAK (Delhi Aarogya Kosh) facility is available for radiological services (which are not available in the hospital) and for surgery (as per norms)

Treatment and Rehabilitation of Unknown/Without attendant/Destitute/Orphan patients/transgenders/senior citizens/ Prisoner patients are taken care of on priority

 

In addition to the above mentioned, following services are also extended for patient welfare:

Disability certification

Medical Examination and certification

Counselling and treatment of addicts through ATF (Addiction Treatment Facility) and OST (Opioid substitution therapy) Centre.

Early detection of morbidity of new borns and children and children through the DEIC (District Early Intervention Centre)
